Dana Graber is the founder and team leader of In House Transactions and is recognized as one of the best transaction coordinators in Colorado. With 12+ years of experience and over 3,000 successful closings, Dana has navigated complex markets, unique client situations, and just about every curveball real estate can throw. Dana delivers seamless transaction coordination and personalized mentoring- helping agents close smarter, reduce costly legal issue risk, and focus on growing their business.
 
Originally from Riga, Latvia, Dana speaks fluent English and Latvian and received a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Latvia. After moving to Denver in 2008, she instantly fell in love with the city’s charm, beautiful neighborhoods, and mountain views. The Hilltop neighborhood has been her home for many years and holds a special place in her heart. Her passion for real estate grew through hands-on experience in custom luxury home-building - a journey that has shaped her deep understanding of homes, design, and the people who love them.
 
With dual licenses as a Real Estate Broker and Employing Broker, Dana brings unmatched experience and leadership to every aspect of her work. Her early career as a licensed executive assistant- where she mastered the behind-the-scenes details of real estate- laid the foundation for her later success as Director of Operations for a top-producing Denver team and Director of Compliance for a prestigious Cherry Creek brokerage. This unique blend of operational excellence, compliance expertise, and hands-on transaction management gives Dana a rare, 360-degree understanding of the industry.
