It includes the full Contract-to-Close process, a three-step compliance audit, and office file approval by us. A CDA is issued for each transaction to ensure full compliance with the Colorado Division of Real Estate.

In addition, you’ll receive a personalized year-end sales report summarizing all your closed transactions- perfect for tracking production and sharing directly with your CPA.

• Introduction: Listing Contracts, disclosures and amendments
• Drafting “Contract To Buy and Sell” (Offers), Counters and/ or Contract review
• Initial File Audit- approval by our internal Compliance Department
• Once Under Contract: Introduction to all parties involved
• Gathering necessary information, signatures and paperwork
• Following up on contractual items and all deadlines
• Open escrow; Order Title Commitment and send applicable documents to the Title Company
• Prepare and send amendments
• Upload all Contract Paperwork, Inspection reports, HOA documents, Due diligence etc. to CTM file
• Midpoint File audit- approval by our internal Compliance Department
• Create a CDA- send to the Broker for approval and signature
• Send signed CDA to the Title Company
• Coordinate Closing
• Closed: Final File Audit- final, in-depth review for 100% compliance and a ready-to-deliver closing file.

This service is offered to Agents that are new to the industry ( or Colorado) and need one-on-one mentorship on any and all aspects of Contracts, negotiations, general advice & Full Transaction Coordination

• One-on-one mentorship on any/ all aspects of the Contract and negotiations
• Introduction: Listing Contracts, disclosures, and amendments
• Drafting “Contract To Buy and Sell” (Offers), Counters and/ or Contract review
• Once Under Contract: Introduction to all parties involved
• Gathering necessary information, signatures, and paperwork
• Following up on contractual items and all deadlines
• Order Title Commitment and send applicable documents to the Title Company
• Prepare and send amendments

This service is offered to Agents that are with one of the large Brokerages and need assistance with the "Contract to Close" process (Transaction Coordination). File audit, Compliance approval and CDA are completed by agent's Brokerage.
